Deposit & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance can be paid:
At the time of booking, or
At the dock on the day of the trip (cash or credit card).
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy
14+ days before your trip: Full refund of your deposit.
Within 14 days of your trip: Subject to a cancellation fee.
Day before, day of, or no-show: Charged 100% of the trip cost.
Weather Policy
Trips run rain or shine.
Weather decisions are made at the Captain’s discretion.
Please arrive as scheduled unless notified otherwise.
