Deposit & Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance can be paid:

    • At the time of booking, or

    • At the dock on the day of the trip (cash or credit card).

How to Cancel

Cancellation Policy

  • 14+ days before your trip: Full refund of your deposit.

  • Within 14 days of your trip: Subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Day before, day of, or no-show: Charged 100% of the trip cost.

Weather Policy

  • Trips run rain or shine.

  • Weather decisions are made at the Captain’s discretion.

  • Please arrive as scheduled unless notified otherwise.
